Question: I purchased an ABC Twiggles membership, but I get a message that I am not a member of your site.

Answer: Please contact us immediately at support@kidssoup.com so we can look into the issue and activate your account right away.

Question: Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Answer:   Yes, your subscription will renew automatically each year for additional one-year periods.  To opt out of the automatic renewal program please send an email to support@kidssoup.com indicating your decision not to automatically renew your subscription to the ABC Twiggles member site.  Please refer to sections 2 and 3 our Terms of Use for additional information.

Question: I would like to change my account information, including email or password.

Answer: To change your account information, you must login to the ABC Twiggles member site. Click on My Account and then click the Edit tab to change your account information or your personal information. Remember to Click on Log out when you are finished to protect your account information.

Question: I forgot my password.

Answer: To request a new password, use the following link: http://abctwiggles.com/user/password.  A new password will be sent to the email account you provided when you purchased your ABC Twiggles membership.

Question: I requested a new password but didn’t hear back from you.

Answer: If you do not receive a new password in your email, it could be that you misspelled your email address when you signed up, or your email provider sent the email to your spam or bulk folder. Please add abctwiggles.com and kidssoup.com to your safe sender list. If you still do not receive emails from us, please contact us at: support@kidssoup.com and we will be happy to update your account for you.

Question: I did not receive an email confirmation about my ABC Twiggles membership purchase and I cannot login.

Answer: Sometimes the email address is misspelled when our customers sign up for the membership. Please contact us at support@kidssoup.com and we will be happy to update your account for you.

Question: I cannot print any of the PDF files or the pages show up blank.

Answer: This is an Adobe Acrobat issue on your computer. Adobe Acrobat is opening up a small window behind all your browser windows asking you to upgrade your Adobe Acrobat program. You can either choose to upgrade (it is free) or just close the small window.  To be able to view and print our PDF files, you will need to have the newest version of Adobe Acrobat installed. If you don't see the small window, please use the following link to download the newest Adobe Acrobat Reader: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Question: I am a newsletter subscriber and/or a KidsSoup member, but I cannot login to the member site.

Answer: To log in to our ABC Twiggles member site, you need to have purchased an ABC Twiggles membership. Use the following link to purchase a membership: http://kidssoup.com/store/twiggles-membership-c-4.html
